Here is the expanded TX mod for the Alinco DR-130:

1. Open the top of the case by removing the three screws.
2. Locate the blue loop of wire near the display, facing toward you.
3. cut the blue loop of wire, and tape up the ends.
4. replace cover of the radio.
5. reset the radio by holding the function key down and turning on the power.
