Subject:   TM-741 Extended transmit range

Extending the transmit range is accomplished by removing the display panel
and taking the back off of it. Find the CPU and the lithium battery. In a
line on the side with the battery, you will find 4 chip resistors. They will
have a green dot on them. Disconnect the battery and remove the two
chip-resistors closest to the CPU. This will extend the TX range from 136-173
MHz.
